PN joins fleet inspection in Indonesia
The Philippine Navy (PN) vessel, BRP Gregorio del Pilar, participated in the Fleet Inspection during the 3rd Multilateral Naval Exercise Komodo 2018 which opened at Port Lembar in Indonesia on Saturday .
The PN said that 35 vessels took part in this harbor phase activity.
Navy Vice Commander Rear Admiral Gaudencio Collado and other guests attended the fleet inspection on board KRI Barakuda and KRI Tongkol. All participating vessels paraded to be inspected by the reviewing ship headed by Admiral Ade Supand of the Indonesian Chief of Navy,
PN helicopter NH431 and the Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing aircrafts conducted Fly Pass during the Fleet Inspection. This is the first formation flying that was participated in by the PN rotary wing aircraft, along with other countries. #
